Your child's sleep starts here. I create personalized plans on sleep training your child to have a full night of rest.
It starts with an hour consultation where I am able to answer any initial questions you and your family may have and begin to understand the child’s habits as well as the family dynamic. From there I send a personalized plan that fits your unique family and child's needs. This schedule looks different for everyone.
Package Includes:
- One hour consultation customising your child's sleep plan.
- Follow up email outlining your detailed sleep plan.
- Three follow up emails to be used within two weeks after initial consultation.
Right-Hand Man Add-on: $ 199 / Weekly Subscription
The difficult part about sleep training your child is execution. Once you hear your child cry, it can become difficult to know exactly which sleep training method to use. This is where I come in. I will be there to hold your hand along the way. Your feedback will assist me in giving you specific techniques to use while sleep training. With my guidance and experience, you will get the results you want.
This package includes Email and Text support throughout the training in order to answer any questions that arise and changes that need to be made.
