When is the best time to start sleep training?

Healthy sleeping habits start young. I suggest getting in touch when your child is around 2.5 months. We will get a plan in place to start the sleep training process.

How long will it take to sleep train my child?

Training period is different for every child. It can take as little as 3 days to one month. On average it takes about 7 days if you stick to the sleep plan.

When should I start sleep training my child and following a daily routine?

You can start sleep training the first day your child sleeps through the night without waking up to eat. This happens as early as 3 months old!

With years of training experience, I understand the cues and behaviour pattern, that helps me decide the
best approach for your child. I will answer your questions, create a guide for you, and cheer you on
throughout the process while giving my inputs on how to navigate healthy sleep habits throughout their
growing up.

How long will it take to get my child adjusted to his new schedule and sleep routine?

There are so many variables to this question but simply put it can take as little as a week or as long as a
month. It depends on how sincerely we follow the process routine and how your child responds.

Will I have to stay home all-day during the initial sleep-training process?

Not at all. You can continue to live life normally through this process.

Can I sleep train if my child goes to daycare?

Yes. I can adjust to fit your daily routine.

My child is sleep trained but started to regress.
A.
Regressions will happen. This is the perfect time to set up a call. I will find out what is going on and
give simple guidelines to follow in order to get your child back into sleeping. Even if I didn't
sleep train your child initially, I am here to help now!
